By using StopClip, you agree to these terms. We provide done-for-you video production services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any assets you provide us (logos, images, copy).

Service

We deliver custom video content based on your brief. Standard turnaround is 48 hours after sample approval. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own full commercial rights to the delivered videos. The underlying templates remain our property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service for unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content.

What exactly is a StopClip video?+

A StopClip is a short 3D motion graphic ad that blends a scroll-stopping animated element with your own content: your page name, likes count, marketing message, hashtags, and imagery. It is designed to feel native to the social media newsfeed, so as people scroll, the animation acts as a pattern-interrupt and hooks them in under 2 seconds.

How is this different from a regular video ad or image post?+

Most businesses run either static images or traditional videos, both of which people have trained themselves to scroll past. StopClip gives you the power of both simultaneously: the credibility of a real-looking post combined with an unexpected animated element that forces a pause. That stopped scroll is the moment you have already won attention.

Does the animation need to be relevant to my industry?+

Not necessarily. The animation's job is purely to grab attention. It is the hook, not the message. For example, a Santa Claus animation during the Christmas season resonates with nearly any business. We have 1,000+ templates and will match one that makes sense for your context, but the real work is done by your marketing message once the viewer stops scrolling.

What can be customized in my video?+

Pretty much everything visible: the animation style, image or video footage, likes count, page name, marketing message, hashtags, and overall layout. You can choose vertical or square format, and a regular or split-screen layout, all tailored to the platform you are running on.

How much does a StopClip video cost?+

Pricing is volume-based: 1 video is $30, 2 to 9 videos drop to $25 each, and 10 or more videos come in at $20 each. There are no subscriptions or retainers. You pay per order via a custom invoice we send you after agreeing on the creative.

Are there any hidden fees or ongoing charges?+

No. You pay once per order. No platform fees, no monthly plans, no licensing fees. The videos are yours outright once delivered.

When do I pay?+

After you submit the onboarding form, we will reach out with samples. Only once you are happy with the direction do we send you a custom invoice. You are not committing to anything upfront.

How does ordering work?+

It starts with a short onboarding form. You tell us about your business, industry, goals, which platform you are targeting, your preferred format (vertical or square, regular or split), how many videos you need, and how you would like us to reach you. We take it from there: we will send samples via your preferred channel, align on the look, invoice you, and deliver.

How fast will I get my videos?+

Delivery is within 24 hours of confirming the order, and typically much faster. We aim for 12 hours or less. No project portals, no back-and-forth with account managers. Just fast, direct work.

How do you communicate with me during the process?+

Mostly WhatsApp. It is the fastest way to share samples, get quick feedback, and move. You can specify your preferred channel in the onboarding form and we will work around what is easiest for you.

Do you offer refunds?+

We don't offer any refunds! Because every video is custom-made for your brand, all sales are final once production has begun, and it's fair.

What format are the videos delivered in?+

Standard delivery is full HD MP4, ready to upload directly to any social platform, embed on your website, or drop into an email campaign. We can also deliver as HTML code or other formats if your use case requires it. Just let us know.

Do I own the video after purchase?+

100%. Once delivered, the video is yours to use however and wherever you like: social media, your website, email marketing, paid ads, presentations. No usage restrictions, no licensing expiry.

Where can I use these videos?+

Anywhere. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, your website, email newsletters, digital signage. If it plays video, your StopClip works there. We optimize for your chosen platform during production, and the MP4 format is universally compatible.

Why does stopping the scroll actually matter for ad performance?+

Social media platforms use engagement as a quality signal. When people pause, watch, or interact with your post, the algorithm reads that as a sign your content is valuable and rewards it with cheaper reach and better distribution. The longer someone spends on your content, the better your ad performance metrics become, which often means you spend less to reach the same number of people.

What is pattern-interrupt and why does it work?+

Pattern-interrupt is a technique rooted in how our brains process visual information. We auto-scroll past content that looks like everything else because our brains have learned to filter it out. An unexpected visual element, like motion, depth, or something that does not fit the usual pattern, breaks that autopilot. That involuntary pause is your window to deliver your message.
